Euanthia Kourtbouyanni
EIA Senior Practitioner • Organizational Coach • Founder of EnDyname Coaching Services
Euanthia Kourtbouyanni is an EIA Senior Practitioner Executive & Organizational Coach, Trainer and founder of EnDyname Coaching Services, based in Athens. Her practice centers on partnering with senior leaders, teams and organizations to navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making and build resilient, human-centered cultures.
Born in Thessaloniki, Euanthia’s professional path began on the concert stage. As a classically trained pianist she performed in solo and chamber settings across Greece and abroad, competed at national and European level and received the 2001 Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe Scholarship among 800 contestants — an early education in discipline, focus and performance under pressure that continues to inform how she coaches leaders through high-stakes moments today.
Alongside her musical training she built a solid grounding in pedagogy: an honors degree in Early Childhood Education Sciences from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Performance from the Thessaloniki State Conservatory and later a Master’s degree in Special Education, awarded with distinction from the University of Nicosia. Over more than two decades in general and artistic education, first as a piano tutor and later as a primary school teacher and substitute principal for the Greek Ministry of Education, she developed a close working knowledge of cognitive and socioemotional development, inclusive practice and high performance under real classroom conditions. Several of these themes are explored further in her articles.
Performance under pressure depends on identity, regulation and support — the very things she helps leaders build today.
Building EnDyname
Euanthia brought this cross-disciplinary grounding into organizational life when she founded EnDyname Coaching Services in 2020, translating what she had learned about learning itself into evidence-based coaching for executives, teams and organizations. Her specialties span executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development and organizational culture change, conflict management and psychological safety, career transitions and experiential soft-skills training. She also offers coach mentoring and supervision for fellow practitioners.
Her work extends beyond individual client engagements into the wider coaching and organizational-wellbeing field. As Chairwoman of the Board of NO MOBBING at WORK (2023–2024) she led the association through its largest membership expansion to date, steered it through a governance crisis and subsequent legal re-establishment and continues to support the organization as a corporate trainer. Between April and July 2025 she co-authored the educational guide and toolkit for “Coaching for Change: Promoting GBV-Free Work Environments,” (in Greek) developed for EMCC Greece under the EU-funded PREVENT initiative, and designed the accompanying experiential workshops on gender-based violence prevention and stereotype deconstruction. She currently serves as a volunteer within EMCC Global’s Centres for Excellence, contributing to its international workgroups on evidence-based coaching practice. Most recently, drawing on Kohlberg’s stages of moral development, she has been developing a proprietary leadership-ethics diagnostic for senior decision-makers.

C. K., SENIOR L&D SPECIALIST
Through our work together, Euanthia helped me not only gain a new perspective on an issue that has been troubling me for quite some time in my workplace but also reconsider my place and role in the organization I’m currently employed. Through her exceptional questioning and active listening skills, she helped me better organize my thoughts and even improve my own skills just through the understanding of the level that these skills should be at.
I would honestly recommend working with Euanthia as a coach to everyone in a leadership position regardless of the industry they might be dedicated to.

For Euanthia, the same thread connects the concert stage, the classroom and the boardroom: performance under pressure depends on identity, regulation and support – the very things she helps leaders build today.
