Soft Skills Workshops
Soft skills workshops are offered at an organisational level and are based on the experiential processing of real issues by using the participants’ to-be-trained skillset.
Subject Matter and Structure
The subject matter is determined by the learning and development Managers of the Sponsor and structured on the basis of short presentations to define common vocabulary and common reference points, on which participants then work in groups, discuss, reflect and plan improvements individually and collectively.
Value and Usefulness
The experiential soft skills workshops are structured independently, in continuities within an (existing or new) curriculum or complementary to executive, leadership or team coaching interventions. Utilising the developmental and constructivist approach to learning they connect previous experiences of the participants with the task at hand by reframing and enriching them. They are designed to encourage autonomous learning after completion, however we suggest for optimal results they should be supplemented with short coaching interventions for either key participants or the whole group of participants.
