We offer specialized Career Coaching interventions tailored to the specific needs and requirements of emerging and established professionals of all ages in the field of Music and the Arts.
For underage Coachees, the Sponsor of the service is defined as either the guardian or the artistic educational institution in which the Coachee is attending. In both cases, the intervention is offered with the guardian’s permission and aligned with the guardian’s request.
What makes our Specialized Career Coaching different
The uncommon conditions under which the artist is required to perform and evolve, his/ her particular characteristics as well as the key role his/ her emerging artistic identity plays in his/ her individual performances and his/ her work as a whole make this category of professionals extremely demanding.
Our specialty service is provided by an accredited professional Coach with prior professional experience in the arts, who is familiar with the high standards and difficult challenges posed by artistic achievement on an international level.
This deeper understanding allows for the immediate and succinct adaptation of career coaching methodology to the particular gifts, dreams and challenges that the artist-Coachee brings to the sessions with him/ her.
